Steven P. "Gooner" Snyder

Steven P. "Gooner" Snyder, 57, of 105 Pine St., died Sunday at his residence after a lengthy illness.
He was born on Oct. 20, 1956 in DuBois, the son of the late Charles H. Snyder Sr. and Doris J (Holt) Snyder, who survives.
Mr. Snyder was self employed as a handyman for many years. He was a member of the BPOE  Lodge #329 in Kane.
Surviving relatives include his mother Doris; one brother, Charles Snyder Jr. of Kane; two sisters, Sharon (Lewis) Schleicher of Kane and Beth (Colin) Ormsby of England; one daughter, Amy (Tom) Gustafson of Kane; two sons, Kevin (Pam) Snyder and Chris (Tania Hoag) Snyder, both of Kane; and three grandchildren.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by a brother and sister-in-law, Mike and Terry Snyder.
A memorial service will be held at a future date and will be announced. 
Memorial donations may be made to the donor's choice.
The Cummings Funeral Home, Inc. is in charge of services.
