Another step towards cell service in Hamilton Township

August 11, 2014

LUDLOW – Hamilton Township residents might have more reliable cell phone service soon, according to a township official. Supervisor Becky Davidson, who also serves as the township’s secretary/treasurer, reported during a brief monthly meeting Monday morning that an assessment permit was issued to build a Verizon cell phone tower on Gibbs Hill.
Supervisor Nora Yasurek conducted the very brief meeting due to the absence of Chairman Brian Bastow. Those in attendance heard that the township’s road crew had spent much of July brush hogging the areas adjacent to the township’s roads.
