Detour may be needed for James City paving project

JAMES CITY – The upcoming paving of Pennsylvania Avenue in James City may require a detour.
The Highland Township Board of Supervisors discussed the project Wednesday at a meeting at the township building in James City.
Jim Wolfe, chairman of the board, said the planning of a detour and "traffic control" would be the responsibility of the contractor-- IA Construction of Franklin.
