Photo by Ted Lutz – Bill Rietter of 608 Greeves St., Kane, stands to speak Tuesday at a meeting of the Kane Borough Council. A member of the "citizens group" that has been a council watchdog this year, Rietter complained about missing stop signs at intersections in the borough. He also believes Evergreen Park should be made accessible to persons confined to wheelchairs. A standing-room-only crowd of more than 30 attended the council meeting.
