Chamber of Commerce to honor citizen, business

Photo by Ted Lutz – Erin Vassallo, the executive director of the Kane Area Development Center (KADC) and the Kane Chamber of Commerce, holds a plaque that bears the names of past "citizens-of-the-year" in Kane.

The Kane Chamber of Commerce will hold its annual banquet Thursday to honor the "citizen-of-the-year" and the "business-of-the-year."
The event begins with a social hour at 5 p.m. at the Kane Fire Hall on Poplar Street. Dinner is set for 6 p.m.
