Mrs. Vicky Stillwagon Holman, 52, of Cherry Grove, passed away peacefully in UPMC Hamot Hospital, Thursday, June 20, 2013 at 7 a.m.
She was born Jan. 30, 1961 in Fayette County to the late Frank and Joyce Flowers.
She is survived by her husband, Kenny Holman, of Cherry Grove; a son, Pike Stillwagon, of Cherry Grove; a step-son, Lee Stillwagon; a mother-in-law, Candice Holman; a father-in-law, Gary Holman; and a nephew, Bobby Carlson and wife Kristy.
In addition to her parents, Vicky was preceded in death by her first husband, Dave Stillwagon (2001); and a son, Josh Stillwagon (2007).
She stayed home to take care of her sons until they were older and then started a career working in bars and restaurants with a dream of owning her own. That came true when she purchased Koza's Corner in Ludlow and turned it into the Dew Rag Inn. Her good old southern cooking and easy demeanor made every customer that came in feel at home.
Vicky was a member of the Sheffield Rod and Gun, and donated to the Cherry Grove Fire Hall. She loved kids and the closest she had to grandchildren were Ronnie and Keianu Kelly. Other enjoyments were cooking, camping, fishing, amusement parks and riding her motorcycle with Kenny.
Friends will be received on Tuesday, June 25, 2013 from 6-8 p.m. at the Borden-Lloyd Funeral Home where a memorial service will be held at 8 p.m.
The family asks that any memorial donations be made to the Borden-Lloyd Funeral Home, PO Box 687, Sheffield, PA 16347.
